Your Exclusive Arrangement
Your exclusive arrangement can embrace a fascinating evening, or last several days, such as an extended weekend. You yourself choose for it the participants and appoint with them the best time and place. The composition of participants for an open arrangement may appear „accidental”. The composition of participants for your exclusive arrangement, however, you choose yourself. At average a group can have six to eight set-ups a day.
Participants in exclusive groups doubt sometimes whether they can work together, because they would know each other already too long and too well. Usually already during the first set-up it becomes apparent, that this is absolutely no hinder, but that it rather helps.
It does not reward in this work to fake something. The true relationships become quickly visible. Something that has long played underground, or something one would never have thought of, may come to light. Sometimes it takes courage to set up. But such courage always pays off. Thus, for example, obstructive prejudices and patterns get jointly identified and overcome. The solution may then sometimes be found in a direction that no one could imagine or foresee.
Depending on the question, the circumstances and the participants, careful preparatory communication and arrangements will be important for a responsible result. Setting up cannot enforce results, but they can be prepared and promoted. Underlying strengths and potentials come to light and change and renewal become possible, often where one would not have expected it anymore.
