Set-Up with Assistance

Your assistant will be a woman or man with own experience as a coach, facilitator or therapist. Her or his experience in private practice offers an additional valuable and accurate observation in your individual set-up.

During the preparatory conversation the assistant is deliberately absent. Thus the observation remains „objective” and free of possible influences during the preparatory conversation. At the concluding conversation the assistant takes part and explains her or his observations.

Clients and I repeatedly make good experiences with this approach. Colleagues called the arrangement with assistance even „unique”.

If you wish for assistance and report this early enough, I can invite a female or male assistant for you. The additional cost depends on the rate of the assistant and will be known and agreed upon in advance.

Creative Clients

Clients are sometimes refreshingly creative and bring in new ideas. Upon prior approval from my side, some will bring with them, a family member, relative or other person of confidence. Sometimes then even both get a set-up. Also for this form of set-up, we will first look into how much time it may take to estimate and agree upon the costs in advance.
